Nutrition is food that we need to
feed to our cells to stay alive. Most of us know nutrition as portion of food
that should consume daily bases. Balance nutrition needed to make sure our body
system work well, what happen you don’t consuming balance nutrition? This what
happen ,for example ,when people eat to many junk food they will get more carbohydrate
then others nutrition they need in they stomach .When the body don’t have enough vitamin A for example, body system
will send massage to brain that you need
food, that’s when you feel hungry even
you eaten a minute ago ,and when you feed your body with more food that don’t have vitamin A ,still the body
send massage to the brain to get food,
and the result will be you gain fat and have unhealthy weight. See that’s why
you should consume according to nutrition balance so that you won’t stuck in
unhealthy zone. Tips for basic starting nutrition balance:-

your own diet plan and follow it daily bases!

Why we need own diet plan? with diet
plan it will make you easier to track down your food consuming everyday .When you don’t have diet
plan ,you will start eating what going thru in your mind that’s when you get
more junk food rather than balance nutrition food. Always alert with what you
feeding in your stomach, when you pay attention to your body, you will know
what should be eaten and not been eaten. Get closer to your body as you should
to stay healthy!!.Read the label is most important part in tracking what you
eating every day. Without reading label you will consume to many sugar, sodium
and carbohydrate that’s not good for you health! So start reading the label
before you eat. Why should eat 5 meals per day??I can gain weight eating 5
meals per day! That’s what I get respond from the people that I advice. I ask
you to eat 5 meals per day because, when you eat 1 meals with big portion,
firstly body will transfer food as a fuel to the system when its full ,it will
keep food that you consume as a fat in
your system. With 5 meals per day, with small portion this is what happens,
your body will stay in high metabolism level so that no fat will stored in your
body system. Are they different between 5 meals per day and 1 meals with large
portion? Yes rite! So start eating 5 meals per day to stay HEALTHY! =)
Yup cook your own food, restaurant don’t
care about your health for sure, they only care that the food should be delicious
to get paid every day. You know how your food gone be super delicious with
extra sugar, extra sodium and extra oils! My advice is look for the restaurant
that provide balance nutrition food if you have no time to cook at home. For
the peoples that love to cook, that’s advantage for you all but don’t put to
many sodium, sugar and oil. Get it fresh! Get fresh Veggies! Get fresh Chicken,
Meat, and Fish! Get Fresh Fruits! That’s the main things to stay Healthy! Now it’s
your job to change super healthy lifestyle! Never forget it’s for your own
