SUPPLEMENT TIPS






Supplement is that what we take daily bases to get nutrition balance when we have no time to eat or cook .Make easier to us get balance nutrition thru consuming supplementation. Example vitamin A, B, C, D, E, zinc, magnesium, protein and many more. There are two kind of supplement, one synthetics supplement made by man and another one is natural supplement. There are totally different between both supplementation, man made supplementation is more chemical added and will not give good result like natural supplementation. So if you can avoid from taking man made supplement is the best way stay healthy! Consume natural supplementation rather than taking man made supplement. For bodybuilder they have to get  plenty supplement  to get in shape and faster muscle repair, they need that for real because they are putting 100% stress on the muscle and bring to many damage to get growth so they need  faster absorb protein shake to get repair they tissue before get injured. That’s why they get lot of protein before workout, after workout and before bed. They need protein or we can say amino acid to get the muscle fix and stay in shape! What supplement should I take to stay healthy? You should know what you taking daily bases first then note what is missing for you to get in balance nutrition .For example, you only eat twice a day fruit and you eating orange fruit that rich in vitamin C,you check back the list you eat and realize that you don’t have food that rich in vitamin E.So that’s how you know what supplement you need the most ,without diet plan its tougher for you  track down what you don’t consume daily bases. So I suggest you to do diet plan for you and get real healthy lifestyle on the track!
