Workout is the best way to get healthy live every day. Many people’s
don’t spend the time workout or exercise .What they always do is take the easy
way out ,such as taking product that can get them get the body shape they dream
of and when stop taking the product BOOM! Fat is increasing in the body that’s
what happens nowdays.Stress is what you get when you depending on the product
so don’t ever think that product can change your life. Products for loose
weight and stay healthy is good if it’s from natural herbs, don’t consume to
many manmade products that’s because too many human made products can risk your
health, don’t believe me? ask the doctor then you know the truth. Excuses that
always peoples mention when saying about workout or exercise is “don’t have
time, working’,”I get kids to take care “, and many more. When they had health
problem then they start workout or exercise, so now you have time?? Don’t be
that kind of person, you have choice to change your life so change before your
regret it! They are too many workout plans that you have been heard. Tips for
basic workout or exercise:-
- Start your workout early in the morning
- Make sure you don’t drink or eat before workout
- Stretching before workout
- Start with cardio 1st before workout
Why should we workout early in the morning? When you exercise early in
the morning, it“High Up “your metabolism and keeps it elevated for hours or 24
hours. That means you're burning more calories all day long just because you
exercised in the morning! When you exercise in the morning you'll be energized
for the day. Personally, I feel dramatically different on days when I have and
haven't exercised in the morning. That’s why I suggest you workout early in the
morning. Why don’t drink water or eat? When you exercise with empty stomach,
your body will start taking fat to change energy that’s why you should not eat
or drink before workout. Stretching before workout will increase your
flexibility and reduce the risk of injured caused .Don’t ever skip stretching!
Why cardio 1st? When you do cardio your metabolism will be trigger
slowly to high level so that you don’t shock your body system .When you workout
1st, you end up with starting stress without controlling in your
system it’s not good for your health. If you don’t want to do cardio 1st
make sure you hit lowest weight, don’t go for high weight. New update will be
