Call Center

After working in MSO for 4 month.1/12/2008 ,I had change in call center department..In this department I should troubleshoot the problem with user,If don't have soulition call vendor to report the problem and get the case ID...Many of the user don't know where to get serial number.I gain many knowledge from this depatment..hope enjoy in this line..=)
