My Day + Diet Plan

Hi,How are you? I hope everyone have a good journey in they LIFE now.Took time to me update my blog for now ,because I'm busy with my Skill based + My Exam + Final Project = Everything about my Education. ;)
Good News to share with you all is My Notebook Is back in my life.=)
My bodybuilding is goin well to but I have problem with my diet nowdays,I have eating rice ,insyallah I will stop eating white rice so that I can get my Six packs ! ;)
My diet Starting today is :-
Meal 1-OatMeal + Whey 2scoops + Coffee
Meal 2-wholegrain bread 4slice + Milk + Tomato
Meal3- Whey 2scoops + Multivitamin + Spirulina
Meal4-Fish /Chicken/Meat + Milk + veggies /fruits
Meal5- Oatmeal /4whole grain bread + Milk + Fruits

Starting today I want to make sure that I will not eat after 10 pm ,before I sleep,no extra carbs = No fat..;)
Putting extra supplement in my meal = Fish Oil,insyallah..=)

Diet + Workout is part of my life now ,learning is my power ,I won't quit until I get there ,so do you all,Make sure you always Motivated in LIFE so you can get further in Everything you are doing in your LIFE..=)

Hi there! my holiday is over,time to study now!


setle my registration semester and I have only one subject to be approved(Object Oriented Programing),If I can't take this subject for this smester,it will be big disaster for my next sem..I hope everything will be ok ..insyallah..=)

HI,skrg jarang aku buka blog...maklumlah dh busy ngn final project aku yang x siap2 lagi.....life aku skrg dh stabil..allhamdulillah..so skrg aku n geng au tgh mentiapkan kerja video koprat..now progress kami hanya mengumpul gambar n shoot video...masalah yang dihadapi ialah nk transfer video tape ke laptop..dh la support xp je...semak2..huhu
pe pn kerja tgh jalan br siap 5%..masa yang ade 1minggu lagi...adakah kami mampu menyiapkan sebelum present??final project plk tu....USAHA TANGGA KEJAYAAN!!;)
skrg aku dh paham dlm klas programing...xla blur mcm 1st...lecture ajar dpan ..aku buka website lain...membe seblh aku asyik tegur aku ..member aku 'MAT'..kata dia 'roy focus'..aku ckp'ok2'..agak2 dia x nmpk aku melencong ke tempat lain..huhuhu..kelakarnya..skrg ok dh,aku bila final baru aku nk serius study..klau x final...sampai ke sut,aku main2..hehehe
so kat sni aku mengambil kesempatan untuk ucapkan GUD LUCK PADA SEMUA PELAJAR2 yang akan menduduki final exam...aku tau ade kolaj dh start exam..so gud luck!doakan sentiasa naju jaya...

Start studying in project managment...Aku msuk bidang computer but now I must learn about managment..could I suceeding in this subject...I have 3quiz,3presentation(1 individual,2group),1 test...
erm....where should I start..1stly I borrow my sis managment book..start studying something important part for this year...after 30 minutes,I understand some of the topic in managment such as scope,quality,cost n project goals..If ur project manager don't have a goal before start the scope..
100% the project will be failed.....After I finish studying managment..I start to learn about Microsoft Office Project Portfolio Server 2007 and Microsoft Office Professioanal 2007.
