MEN BODY TYPE



             As I mention earlier my new article will be about body type .For this article I like to write about men body types, because too many men that ask me why should we know about body types? Is it that important to start a diet? Yes because with knowing body types you can know what nutrition you should consider more and not. For example your body type is ectomorph.Ectomorph body type people have high metabolism ,that’s means they burn calories more faster than mesomorph and endormorph.So as ectomorph you should add more calories into your diet plan so you stay healthy weight in BMI  table.Thats the reason you should know what body types you are. So let me explain the body types more details so you will know which body type you are and start following diet from the information. For men have 3 types of body type ectomorph, mesmorph, endomorph.:-

          Ectomorph as I mention earlier they  have high metabolism and burn fat easier .We can say that ectomorph is a skinny guy. They always end up underweight in BMI scale .Without proper diet plan they can have problem with the low immune system in  body .For this body type I suggest you to consume  high in calories good quality food not junk  and you should eat more then you are  used to and often.For training you  should focus on weight training that will help a lot,trust me.Dont workout for too long because you metabolism is high so you can burn more calories if you hit the more than 1 hour.Keep minimum with the activity that you involved in sports, hiking , kayak and others.Ectomorph :-

  • Small “delicate” frame and bone structure
  • Classic “hardgainer”
  • Flat chest
  • Small shoulders
  • Thin
  • Lean muscle mass
  • Finds it hard to gain weight                                    
  • Fast metabolism

           Mesomorph  is atheltic body type, can gain muscle more faster than ectomorph and endomorph. For this type they easy to gain weight and loose weight.Men that have  mesomorph body type always look fit but be careful with junk food because mesomorph have visceral fat become the health issue for them.For this body type I suggest to do strength training more  often. Stick to a good healthy diet to keep you lean and muscular, and watch for any slow creeping fat gains.Mesomorph:-

  •   Athletic
  •   Generally hard body
  • Well defined muscles
  •   Rectangular shaped body
  •   Strong
  • Gains muscle easily
  • Gains fat more easily

            Endomorph body type is always have problem with fat. They gain weight faster and hard to lose weight because of the low metabolism .That’s why they always gain weight faster, endomorph should follow hardest diet plan to lose weight and maintaining it! For this body type I suggest you don’t have cheat meal until you get your weight to healthy weight in BMI scale.

  •  Soft and round body
  • Gains muscle and fat very easily
  •   Is generally short
  •    "Stocky" build
  •   Round physique
  •  Finds it hard to lose fat
  •    Slow metabolism
  •  Muscles not so well defined
